• Every video package must receive explicit editorial review and transition to APPROVED status before dispatch.
• The publishing gateway automatically rejects any unapproved content.
• In development and testing modes, videos are dispatched exclusively as private drafts to the creator's mobile Creator Inbox.

3. Operator Responsibilities

• Operators warrant that all published media, audio, captions, and hashtags comply with TikTok, YouTube, and relevant platform community guidelines.
• Operators are solely responsible for licensing third-party intellectual property and music assets.

4. Realistic Boundaries & Disclaimer of Warranties

• We do not warrant or guarantee view counts, audience growth, virality, or algorithmic favorability.
• The software is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
